Nine Star Hegemon Body Art chapter 6419

Long Chen

A Fortress in the Battlefield

As Long Chen led his forces out of the Dragon God Nest, Xi Yuanqing and the others were stunned—standing before them was an ancient city.

"A city… in the Heavenly Domain Battlefield?" one of the Xi Dragon Clan members exclaimed in shock.

Long Chen shook his head. "That’s no city—it’s a war fortress."

At the same time, he spread his divine sense, probing the structure. Something this powerful, capable of shaking the Dragon God Nest, was no ordinary fortress.

High above the fortress walls, a group of warriors clad in dark-scaled armor barked orders. Their aura was twisted and ominous, their eyes filled with arrogance.

"No matter which Dragon Clan branch you belong to, hand over that Myriad Dragon Nest now! Do so, and we might just spare your pathetic lives!"

Their fortress had detected the presence of the Dragon God Nest and immediately intercepted it. Long Chen’s group had just navigated through an unstable spatial zone, forcing them to slow down—giving these enemies the perfect opportunity to strike.

But the moment the enemy warriors saw who had stepped out of the Dragon God Nest, their smug expressions froze.

"L-Long Chen?! It’s HIM! The one who disrupted the balance!"

Someone in the fortress immediately panicked. "Wake the young master from his seclusion—NOW!"

Another warrior sneered, "What’s the rush? So what if it’s Long Chen? He doesn’t look that impressive. Let me handle him first!"

A Challenge from the Devouring Python Clan

BOOM!

A terrifying aura erupted from the fortress as a warrior clad in battle armor soared into the sky. His entire body was wrapped in nine hundred and ninety-nine imperial flames.

"Long Chen! I’ve heard you’re arrogant!" The warrior sneered. "But before my Devouring Python Clan, you’re nothing! If you dare, step forward and face me, Mo Chen!"

"You're asking for death!"

A Xi Dragon warrior, also cloaked in nine hundred and ninety-nine imperial flames, roared in fury. This Mo Chen had dared to insult Lord Long Chen—his anger surged as he prepared to charge forward.

"STOP!"

Xi Yuanqing grabbed his shoulder and scolded him sharply. "Are you blind? He’s standing within the fortress’s protective field! The moment you step inside, he could ambush and kill you in an instant.

"Have you all gotten so drunk on power that you’ve forgotten your instincts?"

The Xi Dragon warriors immediately snapped back to reality, feeling a wave of embarrassment. Their recent surge in strength had made them reckless—they had nearly walked straight into a trap.

Long Chen, however, paid no attention to Mo Chen’s taunts. Instead, he focused on the fortress and asked Kun Ding:

"Senior, this thing is useful to you, isn’t it?"

Kun Ding responded plainly. "Yes. A little."

"Tch. If it’s useful, just say so! Do you have to make Long Chen ask first? You’re such a pain in the ass!" Dragonbone Evil Moon scoffed.

Kun Ding rarely requested anything. He only ever accepted what Long Chen offered. In contrast, Dragonbone Evil Moon had no such restraint—if it wanted something, it would take it by force.

Instant Kill

Mo Chen, still unaware of the impending doom, continued his insults. "Long Chen! Where’s that arrogance you used to destroy the balance? Come face me, or kneel and beg for mercy!"

His words were laced with disdain and mockery, but they only earned him a calm response.

Long Chen slowly raised a single hand—aiming directly at Mo Chen.

"Divine Dragon Pull."

ROOOOAR!

A deafening dragon’s roar erupted as the space in front of Mo Chen collapsed.

At first, Mo Chen smirked, standing confidently within the fortress’s protective barrier. He believed he was completely safe.

But the moment space collapsed, the entire fortress shuddered violently—a massive transparent barrier appeared, revealing the true depth of its defenses.

But it was useless.

The collapsing space formed a distorted vortex, an unstoppable force of gravity that yanked Mo Chen forward.

"WHAT—?!"

Mo Chen panicked, punching the air with all his might. His fist shattered the distorted space, breaking free from the pull.

For a split second, he thought he had escaped.

Then he realized the truth.

He was no longer inside the fortress.

He was standing right in front of Long Chen.

His face turned pale with terror. "NO—!"

He hastily formed hand seals, trying to summon his imperial flames.

But he was too slow.

"RIP!"

Xi Yuanqing’s clawed hand shot out like lightning—tearing off Mo Chen’s arm mid-seal.

"AAARGH!!"

Blood sprayed as Mo Chen screamed in agony. He tried to flee, but before he could take a second step—

SHING!

A cold flash—his leg was severed, sent spinning through the air.

Mo Chen had been too arrogant, assuming his protective barrier made him untouchable. He hadn't even activated his flames before Long Chen dragged him out. Now, he didn’t even have the chance.

Suddenly—

BOOM!

A massive energy surge erupted from the fortress, wrapping around Mo Chen like an invisible hand.

"NO!" Xi Yuanqing lunged forward, but the force threw him back.

Mo Chen grinned through the pain. "You fools! The Skyfall Ancient Fortress has activated! You’re all dead!"

"ATTACK!"

Over a dozen Xi Dragon warriors struck the protective barrier—but they were blasted backward, completely unable to break through.

The barrier flickered—a spatial tunnel connected Mo Chen back to the fortress.

Xi Yuanqing’s expression darkened. "He's escaping!"

But at that moment—

BOOM!

A massive purple-cloaked hand pierced through the barrier, wrapping around Mo Chen’s throat.

Everyone—Xi Yuanqing, the Devouring Pythons, even the fortress guardians—watched in stunned silence.

"So easy to get in, huh?"

Long Chen smirked.

"Then you… are useless now."

CRACK!

His fingers clenched—and Mo Chen’s neck exploded.

Final Thoughts

This chapter highlights Long Chen’s absolute dominance. The arrogance of the Devouring Pythons vanished in an instant, their war fortress rendered meaningless as Long Chen broke through effortlessly.

His Divine Dragon Pull was unstoppable, his combat instincts flawless, and his power terrifying.

Even their so-called impenetrable barrier couldn't save them.

The question is…

Now that Long Chen is inside the fortress—what’s next?

Author’s Note

🔥 Long Chen is DONE playing around! The Devouring Pythons just made a huge mistake—now their so-called “fortress” might not even last another chapter!

⚔️ Next time: A one-man army vs. an entire war fortress! Will Long Chen wipe them out completely, or is there another enemy lurking in the shadows?

Stay tuned! 🚀

Yet, within that torrent, there was sorrow—an unspeakable, soul-wrenching grief. When the eruption ceased, it would signify the battlefield’s utter demise, leaving nothing but desolation in its wake.    The Shattering of Starlight, The Awakening of Destiny Boom! A dazzling burst of starlight erupted like a collapsing sun, shaking the heavens. With a deafening explosion, Lu Ze was blasted away, blood spraying wildly as his hands were forcefully shattered. His Starclaw spun chaotically in the void. As the starlight receded, Fei Shuang stood amidst the fading brilliance, her long hair fluttering messily in the wind. In her hand, only the hilt of a broken broadsword remained, blood dripping steadily from its edge. Her face was slightly pale. That strike had been overwhelmingly powerful, but the backlash was just as terrifying. Had it been Bing Yi unleashing such an attack, the recoil alone would have crippled her on the spot. But Fei Shuang possessed the Primordial Demon Power , which had neutralized most of the counterforce. Though injured, her condition was far from critical. With a swift movement, Fei Shuang shot toward Lu Ze, who was still tumbling through the air. Betwee...
